  1. New Legal Deposit Regulations for Electronic Works – Library and Archives Canada (LAC) (Came into force Jan. 1, 2007)
  2. Legal opinion obtained by CPC and delivered to Library and Archives Canada that
    1. the regulations were ultra vires the Act, or
    2. too vague to be enforceable.
  3. Discussion continues between CPC members  and LAC
